🛡️ What’s Covered
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on all our signs, covering:
- 💡 Lighting issues (partial or full light failure)
- ⚡ Electrical problems (power supply, transformer, controller defects)
- 🔧 Manufacturing defects (structural or workmanship flaws)
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- ❗ Damage caused by mishandling or improper installation
- ❗ Damage during use after signs are dropped, scratched, or exposed to extreme weather (if not rated for outdoors)
- ❗ Normal wear and tear over time
- ❗ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- ❗ Damage from power surges or external electrical faults
🎥 Proof Required
To process a warranty claim, we kindly ask you to provide:
- A short video clearly showing the issue
- Photos of the sign and any visible damage
- Your order number and contact details
This helps us diagnose the issue and offer the best solution.
🔄 What We’ll Do
Depending on the issue, we will:
- Provide free replacement parts (power adapter, controller, etc.)
- Remake the entire sign if necessary — at no cost to you
- Cover the shipping cost for warranty replacements
📦 Package Inspection Reminder
When you receive your package, please:
- Inspect the box for visible damage.
- Test the sign by plugging it in before installation.
- Keep the original packaging in case of a return or warranty claim.
If damage is found, notify us immediately with photos and videos.
